Available cable types include:

PLC Pre-wired I/O Connector Cables

The ZIPLink system eliminates the normally tedious process of wiring PLC I/O to terminal blocks.
Simply plug one end of a ZIPLink cable into a DirectLOGIC I/O module and the other end into a ZIPLink connector module.
It’s that easy! ZIPLinks use half the space, at a fraction of the total cost of terminal blocks.

ZIPLink cables are available in a number of pre-wired and ready-to-wire configurations that accommodate the majority of our DirectLOGIC discrete I/O modules.

Available model types include:

• Standard cables and modules for: DL205 and DL305 8 channel, DL205 and DL405 16 channel, and DL205 and DL405 32 channel I/O modules
  
  
• LED/ Sensor cables and modules for: DL205 and DL305 16 channel I/O modules
  
  
• Fuse/ Relay cables and modules for: DL305 8 channel and 16 channel I/O modules
  
  
• Communication Adapters:
  - 15 pin shielded cable for DN-15TB module 6.5 ft. (2 meters)
  - 25 pin shielded cable for DN-25TB module 6.5 ft. (2 meters)
  
  
• Ready to Wire w/ Pigtail End:
  - DL-205-16 ready-to-wire 20 conductor cable, 2 A max/conductor 6.5 ft. (2 meters)
  - DL-305-16 ready-to-wire 24 conductor cable, 2 A max/conductor 6.5 ft. (2 meters)
  
  
• Standard DL05/ DL06 PLCs:
  - ZIPLink cable for DL05 and DL06 16 point I/O modules to ZIPLink feed-through modules (0.5 meter)
  - ZIPLink cable for DL05 and DL06 16 point I/O LED modules (0.5 meter)
  - ZIPLink cable for DL05 and DL06 16 point I/O fuse/relay modules (0.5 meter)
  
  
• Standard Straight-through:
  - Cable with 9-pin D-sub connectors on both ends, black. (2 meters)
  - Cable with 15-pin D-sub connectors on both ends, black. (2 meters)
  - Cable with 25-pin D-sub connectors on both ends, black. (2 meters)
  - Standard cable with two RJ12 connectors, black. (2 meters)

NOTES:
Analog and high current PLC I/O modules are NOT supported by ZIPLinks.
Use the ZL-DN15TB-CBL cable only for Communication Module DN-15TB; Super VGA cables will not function correctly.
