Wire Duct Accessories for T1 and T1E series Wire Duct

A variety of accessories are available for the T1 series rigid PVC wiring duct and the T1E series Thin Finger Wire Duct.
Items available for our wire and cable management products include:

• Wire Duct Separators (SEP Series)
  Duct separators allow the physical separation of circuits with different voltages and/or functions within a single piece of wire/ cable duct. The various mounting arrangements allow alternate compartmentation of duct and differing ratios of usable section. The length of the separators is 6.56 feet (2 meters). Separators can be purchased as a single piece or in bulk packs of 12, 20 or 32 pieces, dependent on the size of the corresponding wire duct.
  
  
• Wire Retainers (CL Series)
  Used for retaining wires during wiring operations, these retainers are essential. They allow ease of access to the interior of the wire duct during maintenance or alterations, while assuring that wiring bundles will not fall out when the duct cover is removed. They are installed with a simple rotating movement. They anchor firmly in the recess boss in the duct base.
  
  
• Mounting Inserts (ZP Series)
  These mounting devices come in in two styles: 1) ZP1 which are round, white polyamide "buttons" for mounting components and SEP-xxE separators for inside the wire duct, or for mounting smaller sizes of duct inside larger sizes (thus achieving separation of circuits with different voltages and/or functions), and 2) ZP2, square, white polyamide cable tie mounts which are used with a cable tie to secure a wire bundle inside the wire duct.
  
  
• Rivets and Rivet Tools (R4 and R6 Series)
  Wiring duct rivets install quickly and easily with the companion rivet tool, offering good temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties. They can be used to install all types of wire duct with standard mounting holes. The R4 series blue polyamide rivet is used to install all types of wire duct with standard 5/32" (4 mm) mounting holes. The red polyamide rivet tool is used to install the R4 series rivets. The R6 series natural (white) polyamide rivet is used to install all types of wire duct with standard 7/32" (5.5 mm) mounting holes. The yellow polyamide rivet tool is used to install the R6 series rivets. The rivets come in packages containing 250 pieces.
  
  
• Identification Tags (DM1 Series)
  These marking tags are for use with the T1 series Wire Duct only. They do NOT fit the T1E series Thin Finger Wire Duct.
  DM1 series wire duct marking tags allow easy identification of control gear and switchgear. These tags are mounted by snapping the clip onto the sidewall finger segments of the duct. No gluing - no drilling! After installation, they don't have to be removed during maintenance or any work which involves the removal of the covers. These single-width white cardboard identification labels are supplied with a black plastic mounting clip and transparent cover slide. There are 50 pieces per package.
  
  NOTE: Take care that the clip is installed above the wires coming out to the sidewall slots.
