The latest software release has issues with importing Message Databases, but I am sure that will be solved in the next release.

We have excellent service out of all of them with the exception of one that we purchased in April 2008. This unit would go the sleep and the only way to awake it was to cycle power. We have changed it out and are in the process of contacting tech support for help as what the problem might be. As soon as it is resolved more info will follow.

They are also very robust compaired to touchscreens from other manufacturers we have used in the past, ESPECIALY EZ Touch!!

They allow us quite a bit of flexability for where we use them in our product line. I would think that it is safe to say that we would not even concider another line of touch screens!
